- Exclude translators proposed to be dismissed by the FCC in the July, 2011 NPRM:
- Exclude IF (+/- 10.6 & 10.8 MHz) as proposed by REC in MM Docket 04-233 (domestic)
- Use REC's proposed protection to Channel 6 LPTV stations (10w/100w searches only)
- Exclude Auction 83 translators where insufficent LPFM is available within 70% of the sevice contour. (REC comments from 2/11)
